- Description of the Services
EasyProofread, ProofreadNow!, and ProofreadNow!+ are services provided by Stella Digital Creations that offers the proofreading of texts with a maximum of 1,000 words as plain text or with a maximum of 30 pages as a document. The services are offered for texts in English, German, Italian and Bosnian/Croatian/Montenegrin/Serbian (both in Latin and Cyrillic script). Spotted mistakes are corrected in a word-document with tracked changes allowing the customer to easily review the changes proposed by Stella Digital Creations.
For EasyProofreading: The customer receives the proofread text via e-mail within 72 hours from the moment the payment process has been completed.
For ProofreadNow!: The customer receives the proofread text via e-mail within 24 hours from the moment the payment process has been completed.
For ProofreadNow!+: The customer receives the proofread text via e-mail within 12 hours from the moment the payment process has been completed.
2. Placement of orders and payment process
Orders can only be placed via the dedicated form upon agreement with the terms and conditions, as well as the data protection policy. Submitting the dedicated order form is considered as placing an order for which payment is due. With the submission of the order, the customer agrees that Stella Digital Creations commissions PayPal to perform all activities related to the payment process, including the invoicing, financial transactions and monitoring of payments. This implies the customer’s agreement with the data protection provisions concerning the submission of data via the dedicated form that is created and hosted by JotForm as well as with the necessary data transfers from Stella Digital Creations to PayPal in line with the provisions set forth in the Privacy Policy of Stella Digital Creations. After the placement of the order, Stella Digital Creations will transfer those data needed for invoicing purposes to PayPal. Once the customer received the order via PayPal, the order is confirmed and payment is due immediately. Customers do not require a PayPal account to proceed with the payment. The time limit, in which Stella Digital Creations is contractually obliged to provide the customer with the proofreading service, as defined by the service selected, applies from the moment the payment process has been completed by the customer. If Stella Digital Creations fails to provide the service within the defined period of time, the amount paid will be refunded.
3. Pricing
The prices are defined as follows:

4. Cancellation
The customer can cancel his order free of charge without providing reasons for the cancellation within 1 hour from the submission of the order form by contacting the provider via e-mail or contact form. If Stella Digital Creations fails to send an invoice within 120 minutes during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 9:00 – 22:00 hCET- Germany), the customer has also the right to cancel the order via e-mail or contact form. If orders are placed outside these business hours, the 120 minutes are counted from the beginning of the next business hours.
5. Claims and complaints
In case the customer discovers flaws in the service provided, Stella Digital Creations provides a corrected version within 12 hours after the reception of the complaint during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 9:00-22:00 h CET – Germany). The claim should be submitted via e-mail or via the contact form.
B. For EasyTranslation, TranslateNow! and TranslateNow!+
- Description of the Services
EasyTranslation, TranslateNow!, and TranslateNow!+ are services provided by Stella Digital Creations that offers the translation of texts with a maximum of 1,000 words as plain text or with a maximum of 10 pages as a document. The services are offered for texts in English, German, Italian and Bosnian/Croatian/Montenegrin/Serbian (both in Latin and Cyrillic script). The translation can be provided in a word-file, pdf-file or as plain text in an e-mail.
For EasyTranslation: The customer receives the requested translation via e-mail within 72 hours from the moment the payment process has been completed.
For TranslateNow!: The customer receives the requested translation via e-mail within 24 hours from the moment the payment process has been completed.
For TranslateNow!+: The customer receives the requested translation via e-mail within 12 hours from the moment the payment process has been completed.
